Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with patients/families and health care providers in the delivery of health care services.
  • Partners with the healthcare team by following established plan of care to ensure patient progress for effective outcomes.
  • Supports plans to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements

  • Venipuncture, IV Start Skills, Port Access, & Picc Line Access.

Qualifications

  • LIC - Licensed Practical Nurse - Tennessee

Skills

  • Technical Capabilities: Clinical Patient Documentation (Novice), LPN Patient Education (Novice), LPN Care Planning (Novice), Clinical Competency (Novice).

Schedule

Shift: M-F (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) No holidays/weekends/on call
