Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

The LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring resident health.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of living areas and equipment.
• Document resident care in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• LTC/SNF experience is preferred but not required.

• 8 hour shift Day Shift 7am to 3 pm
• 8 hour shift Evening Shift 3pm to 11pm
• 8 hour shift Night Shift 11pm to 7am
