About the role
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider. Primary Department, Division, Or Unit: UHS Primary Care Walton Primary. Work Shift: Day. Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.
Compensation
Compensation Range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience.
Education/Experience
Minimum Required: Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing. License/Certification: Minimum Required: Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines.
Basic Skills
Preferred: Basic Skills Certifications (CPR).
