We’re currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!

Our skilled nurses provide high-quality care and support to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

• One to One patient care in home/school environment

• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient

• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies

• Patient assessments; coordination of care

• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician

• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight

• 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)

• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
