Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with resident care plans under the direction of the Resident Services Director
- Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes or emergencies
- Provide medication administration and clinical support
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Foster a positive, team-oriented care environment
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Active LPN License
- CPR Certification
- 3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Pay
$28.00-30.00/hr + Credit given for experience
Schedule
Full-time | Evening 2:00pm-10:00pm | Rotating weekends and holidays required
