Responsibilities
- Perform technical direct and indirect nursing such as taking temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and medication administration.
- Directs the activities of the direct care staff on the unit.
- Prepares medication and distributes on the unit.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and three (3) years of practical nursing experience.
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and one (1) years of practical nursing experience.
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- (Level III) Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and three (3) years of practical nursing experience.
- (Level II) Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and one (1) years of practical nursing experience.
- (Level I) Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
