Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As an LPN, you will deliver skilled and compassionate care directly in patients' homes under the support of a mission-driven, nurse-led team.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Paid Time Off (PTO) available for Full-Time and Part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of WA
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Home health experience preferred but not required
