Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in accordance with their care plans
• Confer with physicians, patients, family members, and other staff involved in patient care
• Communicate with patients and families about patient education and progress
• Review and maintain clinical records required for patient care and progress
• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance with state and federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety

Qualifications

Requirements include:
