Licensed Practical Nurse

Requirements

• A current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA.
• One year of experience as an LPN preferred.
• Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
• A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Position Description

• Works on the AVS campus in a 17-bed facility.
• Provides direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Completes clinical assessments.
• Records seizure activity as needed.
• Administers medications.

Shift Differentials

• Monday – Thursday: 2:30 PM – 7:00 AM: $4.00 per hour
• Friday: 2:30 PM – 7:00 AM: $4.00 per hour
• Saturday: 6:30 AM – Monday 7:00 AM: $6.00 per hour

Pay

Base Pay: Standard base rate: $29.00 per hour

Shift

Rotating 3 x 12 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM to include e/o weekend.
