We are a top-rated Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and dignity to our residents. We are growing and seeking dedicated, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team.

Shift Availability

  • Full time and part time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
  • Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Aid in resident comfort
  • Collect samples and monitor catheters
  • Provide wound care
  • Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
  • Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
  • Help coach staff as necessary

Requirements

  • Current LPN license in Virginia
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
