Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure.
- Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines.
- Mets all state/licensing requirements.
- ESRD experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Able to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
- Effective communication with clients and staff.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $31.80/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
