About the role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients in various settings and support them with compassionate, individualized care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide compassionate 1:1 patient care
- Provide 24/7 support to caregivers, ensuring timely assistance and continuous access to resources and guidance
Requirements
- Valid LPN License
- Valid ID
- Home Health/OASIS Experience
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
- FL Clearinghouse Background Check (HB531) | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration AHCA Licenses: 299993038
