About the role
Grandvue Medical Care Facility (GMCF) in East Jordan is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). This position offers opportunities to develop clinical and leadership skills while building strong relationships with residents, families, and other care partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration.
- Document patient care in medical records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Michigan.
- At least one year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
