Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time and full-time positions. Shift hours include 8-hour or 12-hour shifts ranging from 2:30 PM to 11 PM, and 10:30 PM to 7 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Prepare and administer medications
• Perform routine charting and documentation duties
• Perform other duties necessary to ensure residents' total regimens of care are maintained

Requirements

• Licensed by the State of Ohio
• Experience in a nursing capacity in a senior living setting is helpful, but not required
• Outstanding in professional practice and able to work well with the team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio
• Basic computer skills

Pay

• Part Time: Various hourly rates based on experience and qualifications
