Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and according to medical orders
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility
- Maintain patient records and communicate with healthcare team
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare provider
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- One year of relevant work experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
