Responsibilities
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions, medication administration, and documentation in EPIC under RN supervision.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care aligned with standards and the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications
- NY LPN licensure
- BLS/CPR certification
- Participation in ongoing education
- Physical ability to perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds
