Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility
• Help patients take medications as prescribed
• Monitor patients' health and report changes to supervisors
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime
• Engage with patients to promote social interaction and mental health

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Pass a drug test

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various environments
