Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and grooming
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes to supervising nurses
• Manage medications and assist with administering them as prescribed
• Perform light cleaning and organization tasks in patient’s home
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Passionate about providing compassionate care

Qualifications

• Experience in a caregiving or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to lift and move patients safely
