About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting needs.
• Monitor patients’ health conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Manage medications according to prescribed schedules.
• Perform light cleaning and organization tasks in patient’s home.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Good communication skills to interact with patients and families.
• Physical ability to perform the duties listed above.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
