Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assist with daily patient activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
