Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced acute care setting while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote safe, effective, and positive patient outcomes.
• Deliver direct and indirect patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes.
• Assist with treatments, procedures, medication administration, and activities of daily living.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $27.00 to $30.75 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
