Licensed Practical Nurse - $37-$39/hr + Hiring Bonus

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a per diem capacity serving the Hampton Roads area. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.Collect and document patient information, monitor and report changes in patient condition.Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties as required by the facility. Qualifications Active LPN license.Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.PPD screening within the last year.Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.
