Licensed Practical Nurse - $37-$39/hr + Hiring Bonus

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role and Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, offer wound care and patient education, monitor and report changes in patient conditions, assist with activities of daily living, and coordinate care with healthcare providers. Additional duties may be assigned based on facility needs. Qualifications and Skills: Active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, PPD within the last year, and ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
