Responsibilities
- Travel to pre-scheduled residential appointments to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues without cold calling.
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential plumbing systems, ensuring work meets code and inspection standards.
- Educate homeowners on findings, solutions, and options, providing professional communication and building trust.
- Prepare proposals, explain choices, and handle approvals and payments.
- Enter job details into CRM and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Indiana Plumbing License and 3+ years of residential plumbing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, lift up to 50+ lbs., and work in tight spaces.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Bonus: experience with waterproofing systems, sump pumps, drain tile, construction, foundation repair, or crawl space systems.
Pay
The pay is competitive and commensurate with experience.
