About the Role

Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedics at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, located at 1460 Pantops Mountain Place Suite 203, Charlottesville, VA 22911. At Ivy Rehab, PTs have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long-term career growth.

Compensation

$83,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.). If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K).

Qualifications

• Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
