Responsibilities

• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Current or pending PT licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Love patient care and value strong outcomes
• Desire to be a lifelong learner and grow

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing exceptional care

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in clinical documentation tools
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively

• Competitive salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. This range applies to the base salary or hourly rate only and does not include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
