Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and increase patient interaction
• Pursue professional growth through mentorship, residency programs, or specialty development
• Collaborate with a team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes

Requirements

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Eagerness to grow and learn
• Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard orthopedics (e.g., sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics)
• Team player mindset

Pay

$90,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, CHT certification, etc.)

Additional earnings potential:

• Up to an additional $31,000 annually through the clinician bonus plan ($1,192.31 per paycheck)
• $7,500 welcome bonuses or student loan repayment for certain opportunities (up to $10K)
