Job Description

This position is exclusively for licensed Physical Therapists (DPT/PT). Applicants without a PT license will not be considered.

• Earn $70-$77 per visit providing outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes. This is not traditional home health.
• We're looking for licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality 1:1 care in a flexible, mobile outpatient setting near you.
