Licensed P&C Insurance Agent - Remote

Position Overview

We are hiring Already Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Representatives to manage the entire client journey—from initial conversation to policy placement. This is a performance-driven, remote sales role where you will:

• Speak with clients
• Identify needs
• Present tailored insurance solutions
• Close policies

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound and outbound leads
Conduct needs-based consultations with clients via phone or virtual meetings
Educate clients on Property and Casualty Insurance Products
Present customized solutions in a clear, client-first manner
Manage the full sales cycle: Lead → Consultation → Presentation → Close
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Maintain follow-ups and build a pipeline of active prospects
Stay compliant with all carrier and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Must currently reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment: OR, WA, ID, CO, AZ, UT, TX, MN, IN, IL, TN, KY, NH, MA, RI, PA, NJ, VA, MD, GA, NC, or SC.
• Someone who actively maintains a current Property & Casualty Insurance License
• At least 1 year of experience working in P&C
• Strong communication and closing ability
• Self-motivated and comfortable working 100% remotely
• Coachable with a growth-oriented mindset

Compensation & Earnings

100% Commission-Based (Uncapped)
High earning potential based on production and consistency
Typical earnings in the first 36 months: $80,000 – $200,000+ annually

Onboarding Requirement

To ensure a strong and committed team environment: Candidates must be verbally committed to the position
All required paperwork and documentation must be completed and submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the official start date
