Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire
- Physical Therapist License in state of hire and wherever care is delivered
- National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire
Additional Requirements
- Specialized physical therapy training or experience may be required occasionally to meet department needs
