Licensed Outpatient Director

About the role

The Licensed Outpatient Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an outpatient mental health clinic. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing clinical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical services provided at the outpatient clinic
• Manage and mentor a team of clinicians and support staff
• Ensure all clinical practices are in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed Clinical Professional in the state where the clinic operates
• At least 5 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
