Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 35-40 hours per week Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities Assist patients with selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products.Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and eyewear recommendations.Accurately measure, fit, adjust, and dispense prescription eyewear.Perform optical lab duties, including lens cutting and finishing, as assigned.Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience.Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory as needed.Work collaboratively with the clinical and retail teams to ensure efficient patient care. Required Qualifications Active Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) certification required.Previous experience in optical dispensing preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.Positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
