OTHRPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "Warby Parker is searching for an Optical Supervisor...". We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove lines about compliance with local and state requirements? That's part of pay transparency maybe. We need to preserve substantive info. Let's parse content: Intro paragraph: "Warby Parker is searching for an Optical Supervisor to join our growing team of in-house optical professionals. In this role, you'll rely on your optical prowess, friendly demeanor, and product expertise to create incredible customer experiences. Whether you're helping longtime WarbyParker fans or first-time wearers, you'll leave them excited and confident about our glasses. (Our frames are really special, after all. Take a peek at how our glasses are made.) Acting as a keyholder to the store, you'll help open and close up shop as well as maintain internal operations. As a leader of the team, you'll foster an upbeat and productive work environment for the opticians and retail advisors. Our ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter and a lifelong learner who's eager to help Warby Parker grow. Sound like your cup of tea? Read on!" That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. Then "What you'll do" with subheadings: Optical duties and Leadership responsibilities. That's responsibilities. Then "Who you are": list of qualifications/requirements/skills. Then compensation: "In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes not only a competitive base salary/hourly rate but also variable compensation for eligible employees. For applicable postings, the range listed is a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation is thoughtfully determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data. For applicable postings, non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if you are required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek." No specific salary range given. So we cannot create Pay section because no actual numbers. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It mentions compensation package but no specific numbers. So we should not include Pay section. Benefits: They list benefits for full-time and part-time employees. That's substantive. So we can include Benefits section. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. We also need to possibly include Qualifications vs Skills vs Requirements. The "Who you are" includes many items: licensed dispensing optician, ABO-certified, 2+ years experience, supervisor responsibilities, passionate about eyewear and retail, clear communicator, dedicated, energetic positive team player, detail-oriented, cool under pressure, juggling responsibilities, open-minded, takes work seriously but not yourself, not on LEIE list. That's qualifications/requirements/skills. We need to decide how to split. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include based on content. We have responsibilities (optical duties, leadership responsibilities). We have qualifications/requirements/skills combined. Could separate into Requirements (licensed, experience) and Skills (communication, team player, detail-oriented, etc.) and Qualifications maybe similar. But we must not create thin sections with filler. We need substantive content for each. We could do: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. That seems reasonable. Let's extract: About the role: the introductory paragraph (maybe up to "Read on!"). Responsibilities: bullet list of optical duties and leadership responsibilities. Requirements: licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states, with 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities. Also maybe "Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)". That's a requirement. Skills: Passionate about eyewear and retail industries; clear, effective, professional communicator; dedicated to going above-and-beyond; energetic, positive team player; able to adapt in fast-paced environment; extremely detail-oriented, cool under pressure, capable of juggling wide range of responsibilities; open-minded, constantly learning; takes work seriously but not yourself. Benefits: list as given. We need to format as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

    for prose. Thus:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Warby Parker will consider for employment all qualified applicants..." etc. That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also remove lines about California privacy, Massachusetts lie detector, CO only, WA only etc. Those are legal boilerplate; remove. Also remove "In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency..." That's part of compensation but we omitted Pay section; we could keep that sentence in About the role? It's about compensation; but we decided not to include Pay section because no specific numbers. However the sentence about pay transparency is substantive? It mentions compensation package includes competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation. Could be considered part of Benefits? But it's about compensation. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state they offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation. That's somewhat specific but not numbers. Might be considered substantive enough for a Benefits? But it's about pay. The instruction says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could we include a Benefits section that includes compensation info? But they already have Benefits separate. Could we add a short paragraph under About the role about compensation? Might be okay. But we must not create Pay section. So we can keep the compensation description inside About the role or maybe as a separate paragraph under About the role. However the About the role currently ends with "Sound like your cup of tea? Read on!" We could add after that a paragraph about compensation. But that might be mixing topics. Better to keep About the role as is and maybe add a separate section "Compensation"? Not allowed because we shouldn't create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation package details, but not numbers. The rule says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state they offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation. That is stating something about pay. So we could create a Pay section with that info. However they also say "For applicable postings, the range listed is a good faith estimate..." but no range listed. So we could still have a Pay section describing the package. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them (they talk about compensation package). So we could include a Pay section with that description. But we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". The description is not filler; it's specific about base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation. So we could include Pay section. Similarly Benefits we already have. Schedule: not stated, so omit. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay, Benefits. But we need to avoid duplication: the compensation description currently is in the text after "Who you are". Let's extract that paragraph: "In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes not only a competitive base salary/hourly rate but also variable compensation for eligible employees. For applicable postings, the range listed is a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation is thoughtfully determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data
