Licensed Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Hand Therapy

About the role

This role is for an Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for patients with hand, shoulder, and upper quadrant injuries or diagnoses.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 11 patients daily for full-time therapists.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Work autonomously with flexible scheduling options to promote work/life balance.
• Provide personalized patient care in a dynamic outpatient environment.
• Participate in mentorship and ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to a team focused on achieving functional patient outcomes.

Requirements

• GA state licensure eligibility as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 6 months of hand therapy experience; CHT preferred but not required.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience, especially with hand and shoulder injuries.
• Strong communication and personable skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
