Performs comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients, creates treatment plans, and documents patient progress accurately and timely. Ensures all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and insurance guidelines. Participates in student programs, providing supervision and fostering a positive learning environment. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements. Applies organizational performance improvement processes to enhance quality of care. Demonstrates proficiency in hand therapy, splinting, and outpatient therapy techniques. Starts October 26, 2026, for a duration through January 25, 2027.
