Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead multiple community operations across North Carolina as a Mobile Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage overall facility operations in compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Organize and develop resources to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
• Plan and implement community business objectives.

Requirements

• North Carolina LNHA license in good standing with knowledge of state regulations.
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar role.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with staff and community teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays.
