About the role
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) oversees the operations of GlenFields, Orchard Estates, and related ancillary departments. Key responsibilities include managing these departments, participating in administrative decision-making, risk management, quality improvement, and resident relations. Ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines is also a critical part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee long term care nursing, life enrichment, nutrition services, and Orchard Estates departments.
- Manage assigned departments and delegate administrative and supervisory responsibilities to professional management staff.
- Analyze and evaluate resident care services rendered.
- Develop and implement new systems, techniques, and procedures to improve departmental functioning and prepare complex reports or analyses.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator by the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 3 years Nursing Home Administrator experience.
Skills
- Professional knowledge of long-term care, senior living, nutrition services, and environmental services.
- Advanced interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills for system development and procedure implementation.
Benefits
Compensation decisions are based on relevant work experience, education, certification, and licensure, with a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
