• Lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient/resident needs, government regulations, and company policies.
• Focus on providing excellent care for patients and residents.

• Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide strong leadership, including recruiting, engaging, and retaining quality teammates.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Virginia.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in performance management and effective leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
