Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facilityPartner closely with the Director of Nursing and department leaders to drive clinical and operational performanceMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsMonitor census, staffing, financial performance, quality measures, and overall facility outcomesRecruit, develop, and retain strong department leadersPromote accountability, teamwork, and a positive workplace cultureBuild relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local communityIdentify opportunities for continued growth and performance improvement Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license requiredPrevious Nursing Home Administrator experience strongly preferredSkilled nursing/long-term care experience requiredStrong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processesProven leadership and team-building skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, highly accountable environmentStrong operational, financial, and communication skills Why Complete Care?
