Summary Provide direct resident care in a senior living community, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, safety, nutrition, and promoting resident independence. Key Duties Assist residents with routine care and mobility support.Support safety needs and help maintain a safe living environment.Assist with nutrition support as required by care plans.Take routine measurements and assist with prescribed care procedures.Follow infection-control standards and resident-rights protocols.Document care activities accurately and according to policy.Observe residents and report any changes in condition to nursing staff. Qualifications & Skills Compassionate, resident-focused approach to caregiving.Strong understanding of safety, infection-control, and resident rights.Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility safely and respectfully.Competence in basic measurements, care assistance, and documentation.Clear communication and prompt reporting of health changes.
