About the role

The Licensed Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents; and supervises and guides staff providing direct care. The role also incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions with others.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Valid state license to practice as an RN within the facility's state. Licensure in good standing
  • Certification in CPR
  • Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language

  • Schedule Full-time, working Mondays through Fridays OR Sundays through Thursdays, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • On-call availability for 1 week every 5 weeks
  • 8 hour shifts
  • Holiday availability preferred
  • Wage $31 - $37/hour, dependent upon experience
  • On-call bonus $10/day Mondays through Fridays, $15/day Saturdays & Sundays and an additional $50/day if called in

Pay

  • $31 - $37/hour, dependent upon experience

Schedule

  • Full-time, working Mondays through Fridays OR Sundays through Thursdays, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • On-call availability for 1 week every 5 weeks
  • 8 hour shifts
  • Holiday availability preferred

  • Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
