About the role
Join our growing team at The University of Vermont Health Network – Home Health and Hospice as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes or at the Respite House, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Converse clearly and comfortably with clients who are elderly, ill, and/or incapacitated, and explain/basic skills.
- Report effectively and deal calmly and efficiently with emergency situations if necessary.
Requirements
- Vermont Nursing Assistant license.
- Previous homecare or facility care experience preferred but not required - training provided for the right candidate.
- Keen observation skills and the ability to report effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with clients who are elderly, ill, and/or incapacitated.

Schedule
Day time schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, an awesome and coveted day shift.
