About the role
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) at CVHHH, you will provide one-on-one nursing and personal care to central Vermonters, ensuring that standards of hygiene, nutrition, and homemaking are met and maintained. You will collaborate with members of our interdisciplinary home care team to optimize your clients’ health and wellbeing, guided by a plan of care with oversight from a Registered Nurse or Clinical Team Manager.

Requirements
- VT LNA license
- One year of experience, preferably in a home health setting
- Valid VT driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with automobile insurance
