Caregiver Duties & Responsibilities
- Aiding residents with activities of daily living
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting residents
- Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities
- Providing emotional support to residents
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure exceptional care
- Performing other duties as needed
Requirements
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia desired
