The Role

This position offers a part-time opportunity as a Resident Nail Specialist at a senior living facility. The role is flexible, focusing on providing high-quality nail care services to residents without requiring evening or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide manicures, pedicures, and hand/foot treatments tailored to mature clientele.
  • Create a clean, calming, and safe service environment.
  • Build warm, trusting relationships with residents through kind, respectful interactions.
  • Use techniques and products suited for mature skin and nails.
  • Follow all hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

  • Current license as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist.
  • Experience with older adults or in residential/healthcare settings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

A total sign-on bonus of $1,000 is available upon meeting certain conditions:

  • 25% ($250) after the 90-day probationary period.
  • 25% ($250) after 6 months of employment.
