The Role
This position offers a part-time opportunity as a Resident Nail Specialist at a senior living facility. The role is flexible, focusing on providing high-quality nail care services to residents without requiring evening or weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide manicures, pedicures, and hand/foot treatments tailored to mature clientele.
- Create a clean, calming, and safe service environment.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with residents through kind, respectful interactions.
- Use techniques and products suited for mature skin and nails.
- Follow all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
Requirements
- Current license as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist.
- Experience with older adults or in residential/healthcare settings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
A total sign-on bonus of $1,000 is available upon meeting certain conditions:
- 25% ($250) after the 90-day probationary period.
- 25% ($250) after 6 months of employment.
- 50% ($500) after 1 year of employment.
