Sign-on Bonus

A total sign-on bonus of $1,000 is available, paid in installments:

• 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, contingent on completing required CARES certification (if applicable), demonstrating adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and effectively utilizing RSS systems.
• 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment, provided the employee is in good standing and has adhered to all RSS policies and protocols.
• 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment, provided the employee remains in good standing and meets all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.

If the employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.

Responsibilities

• Provide manicures, pedicures, and hand/foot treatments tailored to mature clientele.
• Create a clean, calming, and safe service environment.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with residents through kind, respectful interactions.
• Use techniques and products suited for mature skin and nails.
• Follow all hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

• Current license as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist.
• Experience with older adults or in residential/healthcare settings is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and a heart for service.
