Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify leads using our proprietary AI system.
• Take loan applications and guide clients through the mortgage process.
• Collaborate with loan officer assistants and processors to ensure seamless closings.
• MATCH borrowers with the best loan products across 50+ lenders.
• Price, structure, and submit loans using our technology platform.
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on industry guidelines and training.
• Build a referral network through excellent service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.

Requirements

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer or recently expired and ready to re-engage.
• Fast-paced, competitive team environment.
