Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor or Social Worker

As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Therapy sessions will be conducted primarily in Office, and in Home, but have an opportunity to do remote via Telehealth.

Compensation

• Earn up to $75,000 annually per year based on Licensure Status, Experience, and Secondary Languages
• $1,500.00 Sign On Bonus (up to $3,000 for qualified candidates)
• Uncapped Income Potential: Ability to earn more based on additional service hours with our Fee for Service - Motivated and effective clinicians have the potential to earn more

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses
• Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information
• Deliver services to clients in the community particularly in the assigned Office
• Utilize evidenced based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients
• Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care
• Advocate for patient access to community resources
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Facilitate and offer individual, group and family therapy on psycho-social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support
• Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional

Requirements

• Must be licensed in the State of Ohio as a Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LISW-S) or Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT, IMFT)
• Minimum 1-year experience providing services to persons with mental illness and/or substance use conditions with children, adolescents, adults, and families preferred
• Must like and have experience working with children, adolescents, and teenagers
• Experience with treating mental health and substance use disorders
• Understanding of developmental trauma, family systems, and somatic experience, or willing to learn
• Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others
• Provide weekly individual and family therapy utilizing evidenced-based practices
• Attend monthly clinical supervision
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs
• Organizational and Time allocation skill abilities
• Ability to utilize self-care techniques to best manage to achieve optimal work life balance
• Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform in a timely fashion
