About the role
Chrysalis Health is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare with over 25 years of experience serving clients. We are excited to welcome both new graduates and experienced therapists to our team. As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Therapy sessions will be conducted primarily in Office, and in Home, but have an opportunity to do remote via Telehealth.
Compensation
- Earn up to $75,000 annually per year based on Licensure Status, Experience, and Secondary Languages
- $1,500.00 Sign On Bonus (up to $3,000 for qualified candidates)

Responsibilities
- Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses
- Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information
- Deliver services to clients in the community particularly in the assigned Office
- Utilize evidenced based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients
- Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care
- Advocate for patient access to community resources
- Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Facilitate and offer individual, group and family therapy on psycho-social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support
- Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional
Requirements
- Must be licensed in the State of Ohio as a Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LISW-S) or Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT, IMFT)
- Minimum 1-year experience providing services to persons with mental illness and/or substance use conditions with children, adolescents, adults, and families preferred
- Must like and have experience working with children, adolescents, and teenagers
- Experience with treating mental health and substance use disorders
- Understanding of developmental trauma, family systems, and somatic experience, or willing to learn
- Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others
- Provide weekly individual and family therapy utilizing evidenced-based practices
- Attend monthly clinical supervision
- Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs
- Organizational and Time allocation skill abilities
- Ability to utilize self-care techniques to best manage to achieve optimal work life balance
- Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform in a timely fashion
