Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Peachtree City

About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are seeking a passionate, fully licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Peachtree City market to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, provide psychotherapy, and help patients define goals through personalized, committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the general spectrum of conditions
• Provide psychotherapy and help patients gain insights to achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination
• Provide crisis intervention when needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using an EMR system
• Participate in clinical supervision to meet state licensing board requirements

Requirements

• Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW/LSW, LPC/CPCS, LMFT, or PsyD) in the state of Georgia
• Provisionally licensed LMSW/LSW considered if committed to becoming fully licensed (pay increases to $90,000–$95,000 upon full licensure)
• Passion for high-quality care and experience with evidence-based treatment modalities
• Understanding of mental health disorders and ability to treat a general spectrum of conditions
• Proficiency in using an EMR system
• Preference for candidates with over one year of professional experience

Pay

Estimated earnings: $90,000.00–$95,000.00 for full-time hours (upon full licensure).
