Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Multicultural competence and strong communication skills
• Ability to complete documentation efficiently
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus)
• Spanish-speaking a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups (CBT, ACT, MI, etc.)
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, families, and community partners
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and community outreach
• Maintain required caseloads (Full-Time: 25 client visits/week; Part-Time: 12 visits/week)
• Other duties as assigned
